Which Resource ADT(Android Development Tool) Requires?

Introduction
I'm trying to develop Android Apps on my old PC.
ADT (Android Development Tool) seems to need more resource than my PC has. I'll add more memory.

Experiment
My PC's specific was :

Then, I added memories and now my PC's specific is  :

Result and Recommendation 
Nothing is changed with this action.
But it made other staffs, web browser, audio player and Eclipse, faster. :)
If you fancy taking memory for making ADT faster, I don't recommend.

Conclusion
ADT doesn't require huge memory space and ADT requires another resource.
